Feeding the Geese!
A couple weeks ago we had some really nice weather and Tyson was home from school early so we went to the river to feed the ducks. When we got to the river there wasn't any ducks just some very anxious geese. They saw us coming and swam over very quickly. They ate a whole loaf of bread rather quickly but we still had a blast. We can some bread to Hank and told him to feed it to the geese and he looked at us and very slyly put the piece of bread in his own mouth. We'll have to work on sharing with the geese.
Hank's first fishing pole!
Tyson is starting Hank out young! Hank is only 1 but apparently that is old enough to own a fishing pole. A new store opened up a couple months ago not far from our house called Fisherman's. They were having their Grand Opening Sale and had give-aways every morning to the first 100 people. One of the days it was a free fishing pole and tackle box to the first 100 kids under 12. So naturally we just had to be there and we waited in line for an hour and a half just so Hank could get a free fishing pole. I have to say that Hank was pretty excited about, but not as excited as Tyson.
Random Pics of Hank
These are just a bunch of random pics of Hank that don't really have enough for a full post but they needed to be shared.
Hank has this new fascination with necklaces. Anything that even resembles a necklace Hank puts it around his neck. This makes me very nervous because he's not super grand at getting them off and usually gets himself tangled in a mess. Anyway in this pic Hank found some of Tyson's materials for fly-tying (basically like yarn) and decided it was a necklace.
Hank was hanging outside with Daddy and decided he wanted to play in the dirt. If you look closely, he even has a shovel and was "digging" in the dirt.

Tyson was cutting up peppers for fajitas one night and Hank was "helping" him by sitting on the counter. While Tyson was cutting the peppers Hank leaned over grabbed a quarter and took a big bite.
He totally loved it!
